Browser compatibility and screen resolution
This site is best viewed with Netscape Navigator 6.0 or Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 (or any higher version) running on 1024x768 resolution. JavaScript is not required. The use of earlier browser versions may lead to irregularities in the graphical display of styles and fonts.

Adjustment of font size
You can adjust the font size on your screen to your individual needs. If you use the Internet Explorer click on the "View" box on your menu, then select the "FontSize" item and choose your individual size. If you use the Netscape Navigator select "Preferences" under the "Edit" menu. In the "Preferences" screen choose "Fonts", then select the adequate size.
On the Internet Explorer for Macintosh select the "TextZoom" item under the "View" menu and choose a different font.
Use of cookies
The site is mainly designed without the use of cookies. However, if you would like to use the shopping cart for ordering information material you will have to enable cookies on your browser. When accessing your shopping cart a cookie will be stored on your computer in order for us to remember the items you ordered. The data will be saved only temporarily and will not be forwarded to other data servers.
Please follow the instructions for setting your browser to accept cookies:
Internet Explorer (5.x):
- Select "Internet Options" from the "Tools" menu
- Select the "Security" tab
- Use the slider to set the security level to "Medium". If there is no slider, you may have to first click the "Default Level" button
- Click the "Apply" button, then "OK" to exit
Netscape (6.x):
- Select "Preferences" from the "Edit" menu.
- Select "Advanced" in the "Category" window. The right hand pane displays a set of advanced options
- Select "Cookies" from the "Advanced" menu.
- In the cookies section of the right pane, select "Enable All Cookies" and click "OK" to exit.
Download of PDF files
The PDF reader is a freely distributed programme which allows you
to view and print a PDF file or document regardless of the operating
system installed. If your computer does not provide this programme
you can download the reader

for free.
How do I view and download a PDF file?
Once you have installed the Acrobat Reader you will be able to view the documents by simply clicking on the file icon.
If your internet browser does not support the Acrobat Reader or if you would like to download the document on your hard disk, single-click with the right mouse button on "Download" (Windows), or keep the right mouse button pressed (Macintosh) and select "Target/Save under..." from the context menu and choose the drive and the folder in which to store the document.
