TOR/FAM Agreed Minutes

The export credit guarantees are granted subject to the project being implemented in accordance with the standards set in the OECD recommendations and by the World Bank. To this end a comprehensive agreement was reached with the Turkish sponsor prior to the signing of the contracts. This agreement is recorded in Agreed Minutes:

The individual measures are described in Annex 3 of the FAM Agreed Minutes. The Terms of Reference (TORs) include detailed descriptions of the measures and their justification as well as information on the completion dates and responsibilities.
