Extension of steel plant, Thelkoloi, India
The project to be covered is a steel plant extension (future total capacity 2.8 million tons / year) of Bhushan Power & Steel Limited (BPSL) on the site Thelkoloi, Thesil Rengali, Samabalpur District, Orissa, India. The transaction includes the supply of a pelleting plant, a finishing line consisting of two drawing facilities, a bright steel centre, four grinders, and an induction heating system.

Expansion of steel production, Dangjin, South Korea
The project is to build a significant expansion (Phase III: the third blast furnace route) of the existing steel production at the site of Dangjin Hyundai Steel Company, currently about 8 million tons per year to approximately 12 million tons per year. The construction of the third blast furnace was started in April 2011 and project completion is scheduled for January 2014.

Construction of an aluminium cold rolling plant, Pindamonhangaba, Brazil
The project consists in the construction of a third aluminium cold rolling mill at the existing factory site at Pindamonhangaba, Brazil. The aluminium will be produced also at the facility from recycling material (cans) and partly using new aluminium (ingots). However, the production of primary aluminium from bauxite or aluminium oxide, which may have a material impact on the environment, does not take place at the same site.

Construction of a refinery complex in Nizhnekamsk, Tatarstan, Russia
The project is to build a new refinery complex in Nizhnekamsk, Tatarstan , Russia . The facility volume planned is between 7 and 14 million tons of crude oil per year. The complex will be built in three stages on a 396-hectare area.

Construction of a combined gas/steam power plant, Saudi Arabia
The project consists of the construction of the combined gas/steam power plant Qurayyah IPP with a capacity of about 4,000 MW. The site is on the east coast of Saudi Arabia, at the Gulf of Salwa . The power station is to meet the rising energy demand in Saudi Arabia.

Construction of a coal-fired power plant, India
NTPC plans to construct the coal-fired power station Barh II with a capacity of about 1,320 MW. The project site is located on the southern bank of the river Ganges, south-east of Patna. The power station is to meet the rising energy demand in India .

Establishment of a poultry farm, Ukraine (Kherson region)
The Cypriot investor Avangardco Investments Public Ltd. plans to establish a poultry farm with a capacity of 5 million hens in the south-east of the Ukraine ( Kherson region). The project includes the construction of a rearing station, a compound feed plant, a slaughterhouse, an egg grading and packing plant and a biogas plant with a thermal power output of 16.5 MWth.

Establishment of a poultry farm, Ukraine (Khmelnytskyi region)
The Cypriot investor Avangardco Investments Public Ltd. plans to establish a poultry farm with an initial capacity of 3 million hens in the west of the Ukraine (Khmelnytskyi region). The project includes a rearing station, an egg grading and packing plant and a biogas plant with a thermal power output of 10.1 MWth. In the long run, the capacity is to be increased to 4.5 million hens.

Increase of the oil production at the concession PetroMonagas, Venezuela
The Venezuelan state oil company PDVSA commissioned the concessionaire of PetroMonagas in the Orinoco oil belt, where the largest confirmed oil reserves are located, to increase the production capacity. The project aims at raising the output of the concession to a total of 300,000 barrels per day in the coming years.

Construction of a bio-ethanol plant in South Africa
The project comprises the construction of a new bio-ethanol plant in South Africa. The raw materials for the ethanol production are grain sorghum and sugar beet. Due to the high production costs of sugar beet in South Africa the project has initially been divided into two phases. During phase I the plant is to be operated exclusively with grain sorghum and about 90 million litres ethanol per year will be produced.

Construction of a diesel power station in Gibraltar
The Gibraltar Electricity Authority plans to construct a diesel power station (Lathbury Barracks Power Station) with a capacity of 64 MW; it is intended to increase the capacity to 88 MW in the long term (until 2032). The power station will replace three older and less efficient power stations and is to meet the future electricity demand of Gibraltar.

Construction of a coal-fired power station in Vietnam
The Vietnamese electricity supplier Petrovietnam is constructing the
coal-fired power station Vung Ang 1 with a capacity of 1,200 MW in the
Vung Ang Economic Zone in north-western Vietnam. The power station is to

Construction of the hydro-electric power plant Hidrosogamoso, Colombia
ISAGEN S.A. plans to build the hydro-electric power plant Hidrosogamoso
with a capacity of 820 MW. The project area is located in the Department
Santander in north-eastern Colombia. The power plant is to meet

Construction of a high-voltage DC converter station, Georgia
Energotrans Ltd. in Tbilisi is setting up a high-voltage DC converter station with 500/400 kV as part of the project for the new construction and modification of transmission lines and substations in Georgia within the framework of Black Sea Transmission Network. This project aims at improving the links between the power supply systems of the countries in the southern Caucasus region and to connect them directly to the Turkish and thus the European grid system.
