Questionnaire / Checklists

Should the screening in accordance with the Common Approaches show that it is necessary to look closer into a transaction’s environmental risks, we will ask the applicant to provide additional information for the assessment of the environmental impacts. The required information does not refer to the German supplies only but on principle to the foreign project, for which the supplies are destined, as a whole and to the location of the project. In order to give some guidance as to what information may be relevant and should be submitted together with the application, a questionnaire and sector-related check lists are available.

As a rule, the information requested in the connection with the processing of an application will always be closely adjusted to the individual case or project in question.

General questionnaire

Completing the questionnaire will facilitate and speed up the screening of the export transaction offered for cover for its environmental impact and may replace the description of the environmental effects in the memorandum. This questionnaire is also available in English.
