Short-term There are no formal restrictions on cover.
Medium/long-term No cover facilities available for public buyers.
Smaller transactions with private buyers and state-owned buyers which are established as private sector organizations and operate without recourse to public funds may be covered on a case-by-case basis.
In addition, cover is available for project financed and other structured finance deals, where necessary based on countertrade transactions.
Collateral If the foreign buyer’s creditworthiness is inadequate, bank security is required.
