Short-term Large-scale projects are considered for cover on a case-by-case basis. Beyond that there are no formal restrictions on cover.
Medium/long-term Large-scale projects are considered for cover on a case-by-case basis. Beyond that there are no formal restrictions on cover.
Collateral As a rule, collateral from an accepted guarantor is required. This requirement may be waived in connection with cover of political insolvency risks.
In connection with short-term transactions the security requirement may be waived if there is satisfactory insight into the foreign buyer’s creditworthiness.
For medium and long-term transactions the requirement for bank security may be waived on a case-by-case basis after a rigorous assessment of the buyer’s/borrower’s creditworthiness.
