Short-term There are no formal restrictions on cover.
Medium/long-term Cover facilities are available for smaller transactions on a case-by-case basis. A restrictive approach is adopted to cover of transactions with public buyers. In addition, cover is available for project financed and other structured finance deals, where necessary based on countertrade transactions.
Collateral If the foreign buyer’s creditworthiness is inadequate, bank security has to be provided.
